Everyone has their own definition of success

According to a new survey, having a 49,000 a year salary and more than 500 Instagram followers are all indicators of success for modern women.

Researchers studied 2,000 working women between the ages of 18 and 45 and asked them to define what it means to be 'successful' in the modern age.
