We can't tell if the CCTV tower wants to be a skyscraper or a block, but it sure is one of Beijing's tallest building, standing at a spectacular 230 meters. The building is considered to be a structural challenge because of its hollow centre. The building attracted controversy when its design was unveiled 11 years ago, but it has given the city's landscape a more futuristic and urban feel.
遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)望去，我們真不知道北京中央電視總部大樓底是一個(gè)摩天大樓還是一個(gè)大磚頭，然而大樓高達(dá)230米的高度讓它榮登北京第一高樓的寶座。這個(gè)建筑的中空設(shè)計(jì)在建筑學(xué)里算是高難度設(shè)計(jì)。十一年以前，當(dāng)這座大樓的建筑圖紙公諸于世的時(shí)候引起了極大的爭(zhēng)議。今天人們不得不說(shuō)這座建筑讓北京看起來(lái)更具后現(xiàn)代感和城市感。
