Evenings with Yourself. Try to save certain weeknights just for you.
晚上與你自己相處。試著為自己保留一些周末的夜晚。
If others ask you to do things those nights, just tell them you have plans. Use the time for gardening, reading, exercise, thinking, or the ultimate luxury of doing nothing!
如果別人讓你在那些晚上做些事情,告訴他們你有安排。把這些時(shí)間用在園藝、閱讀、鍛煉、思考,或者什么都不做的極致享受上吧!
Monthly Treat. Schedule a treat for yourself once a month. It could be on your lunch break, a weekend, or it could be leaving work early.
每月的款待。每個(gè)月為自己安排一次犒勞。可能是在你的午休時(shí)間,周末,也可能是提前下班。
Maybe you get a spa treatment, go see a movie, a haircut, play golf, or whatever treat you’re always thinking about but rarely get to. Schedule it in and it will happen!
也許你會(huì)去做spa,去看電影,剪頭發(fā),打高爾夫,或者任何你一直在想但很少去做的事情。把它安排進(jìn)去,它就會(huì)發(fā)生!
