When a task becomes routine, brain activity decreases and becomes sluggish. So, change your morning routine to prevent stagnation. Try watching TV while making coffee or taking your dog for a walk before work.
當一項任務變成例行公事時,大腦活動就會減少,變得遲鈍。所以,改變你的晨間習慣,避免停滯不前。試著在煮咖啡的時候看電視,或者在工作前帶著你的狗去散步。
Change seats at the table

Everyone knew that there was a familiar seat in the corner of the table. But sitting on the same chair over and over again is not really good for your brain because it does not benefit from new experiences. So the next time you get to the table, try changing your seating arrangement and changing the way you use things and tools such as spoons and chopsticks.
每個人都知道在桌子的角落有一個熟悉的座位。但是一遍又一遍的坐在同一把椅子上對你的大腦并沒有什么好處,因為它不會從新的經歷中受益。所以,下次你就座的時候,試著改變你的座位安排,改變你使用東西和工具的方式,比如勺子和筷子。
