Punctual people get everything done ahead of time, because procrastinating means stressing out and scrambling at the last minute.
準(zhǔn)時的人都會提前把事情完成，因為拖延就意味著承受很大的壓力，在最后一刻還慌張忙亂。
They pick out what to wear and pack their bags the night before.
準(zhǔn)時的人會在前一天晚上把第二天要穿的衣服選好，并整理好自己的包。
If they're packing lunch for work, they do that the night before as well.
如果工作要帶午餐，他們也會在頭一天晚上做好。
By getting things done early, they have less to worry about in the morning and can focus on being punctual.
提前把事情做好，第二天早上擔(dān)心的事情就會變少，就會準(zhǔn)時上班。
