Go slow.

放慢節(jié)奏

You’ll be less stressed and you’ll enjoy all the smells, the sights and people in your summer even more. So slow down a bit and use all your senses to tap into what is happening in this moment around you and inside of you.

在夏天，你會覺得壓力變小，你會更喜歡夏天所有的味道、風(fēng)景和人。所以把節(jié)奏放慢一點，用你所有的感官去碰觸此時你周圍和你自身發(fā)生的事。

Say yes to the new.

對新事物說YES

Go for something new. Expand your comfort zone in a small way. Or a bigger one.

去體驗新事物。把自己的舒適區(qū)域適當(dāng)擴大一點。

Go somewhere you haven't been before. Take up a new hobby. Read a book or try eating something or doing something that isn't what the regular you would do.

去一個你從沒去過的地方。培養(yǎng)一個新的愛好。讀一本書，或者試著吃一些沒吃過的東西，做一些你通常不會做的事情。

Few things add happiness so simply as finding a new thing you enjoy or may even love does.

一點小事就可以很簡單地增加幸福感，比如發(fā)現(xiàn)一件你喜歡的新事物，或者戀愛就可以了。
