Fact: Everyone loves YES man, right? Nope!
事實:每個人都喜歡對自己說“是”的人,對不對?回答是否定的!
While I agree that saying‘no’can sometimes hurt your career, we should also understand that by saying‘no’can mean that we did go through a detailed analysis of the possible job scope and realise there might be realistic limitations preventing the successful completion of the task.
雖然我也認為有對別人說“不”會影響自己的事業,但是我們也要知道,說“不”也說明了自己對于這項工作進行了很認真的分析,并且意識到了存在的現實局限性,這樣的局限很可能阻礙自己完成工作。
You should therefore include a detailed analytical explanation as to why you had to say‘no’.
因此,你要為拒絕提供合理的理由。
Be responsible and realistic enough to say no! It will be worst if you can’t accomplish the additional load of work.
要有責任感,基于現實分析,勇敢的說:“不”!如果完不成這附加的工作,情況只會變的更糟。
