Some competition can be healthy一if your friend's goals or achievements serve as motivation for you一but if the Competitor wants what you have, acts in a hostile way and will do anything not only to get what you have but take it away, this could cost you.

有些競爭是良性的—假如你朋友的目標或者成就能成為你的動力—但是，如果竟爭者想得到你所擁有的東西，并用一種敵對的方式行事，甚至不惜一切手段，不僅要得到你有的東西，還要奪去你的所有，而這可能會使你損失慘重。

If your friend has to get a house that's bigger ormore expensive than yours to seem more successful than you, it may be time to dump her.

如果朋友一定要得到一所比你更大的或更貴的房子，以顯得比你更成功，那么或許是到了擺脫她的時候了。
