國家新聞出版廣電總局昨天表示，正在對百度貼吧、網(wǎng)易博客、土豆網(wǎng)、道客巴巴等52家網(wǎng)站涉嫌登載違法違規(guī)網(wǎng)絡出版物行為進行調(diào)查。據(jù)稱,此次調(diào)查的主要目標是與一些網(wǎng)友上傳的“擦邊球”涉黃內(nèi)容有關。

China's media regulator announced on Thursday that it will investigate 52 websites on suspicion of publishing online literature that contains pornography and violence.
周四，中國媒體監(jiān)管機構(gòu)宣布，將對52家網(wǎng)站涉嫌登載傳播涉淫穢色情、涉暴等違法違規(guī)網(wǎng)絡出版物行為進行調(diào)查。

國家新聞出版廣播電影電視總局宣布，這項舉措是“凈網(wǎng)2014（Cleaning the Web 2014）”專項行動的一部分，行動的主要目的是清除非法內(nèi)容（weed out illegal content），讓兒童遠離非法內(nèi)容（keep it out of the reach of children）。
這52家網(wǎng)站包括中國搜索引擎公司（search-engine company）百度推出的中國最大的交流平臺（communication platform）百度貼吧，網(wǎng)易博客（NetEase Blog），視頻分享網(wǎng)站（video-sharing website）土豆網(wǎng)、共享文檔的在線平臺（online platform for sharing documents）道客巴巴。有消息指出，百度貼吧、網(wǎng)易博客等網(wǎng)站涉嫌登載《令人戰(zhàn)栗的格林童話（Horrifying Grimms' Fairy Tales）》系列、《黑暗童話》系列、《邪惡童話》系列等涉黑、涉暴、涉淫穢色情內(nèi)容（obscene information），這是被調(diào)查的主要原因。
有關部門表示，一經(jīng)查實（confirmed），將依法做出處罰（impose punishments），追究其民事與刑事責任。
今年4月，全國“掃黃打非”工作小組辦公室（National Office Against Pornographic and Illegal Publications）通報稱，因新浪讀書頻道內(nèi)容涉黃（place pornographic content），已經(jīng)依法吊銷了新浪的《互聯(lián)網(wǎng)出版許可證》和《信息網(wǎng)絡傳播視聽節(jié)目（network distribution of audiovisual programs）許可證》，依法停止（suspend）其從事互聯(lián)網(wǎng)出版（engaging in Internet publication）和網(wǎng)絡傳播視聽節(jié)目（audio and video dissemination）的業(yè)務，并處以5至10倍于違法金額的罰款。
