The schooner was run into the wind, and while the hands were clearing away the stern boat, Queequeg, stripped to the waist,
一看套住了帆杠，魁魁格手里便用上了勁兒，帆杠乖乖地停住了。

A few minutes more, and he rose again, one arm still striking out, and with the other dragging a lifeless form.

The boat soon picked them up.
大家七手八腳地把兩個(gè)人拉上了船。
The poor bumpkin was restored.

All hands voted Queequeg a noble trump; the captain begged his pardon.
人們稱贊魁魁格的英雄行為，船長(zhǎng)還向他道了歉，
From that hour I clove to Queequeg like a barnacle; yea, till poor Queequeg took his last long dive.
魁魁格沒有理會(huì)人們的贊譽(yù)，他用了些淡水洗凈身子，穿上衣服，靠舷墻坐了下來，點(diǎn)上他的煙斗斧，散淡地看著周圍的人們。
