攥緊（拳頭）；（拳頭）緊握；
eg. Alex clenched her fists and gritted her teeth.
亞歷克絲攥緊拳頭，牙咬得咯咯響。
eg. When you clench your fist, you won't get anything. But when you release it, you would have the whole world .
當你握緊拳頭，你什么也得不到；當你松開，你得到全世界。
