Syria: Inspectors 'Need Four Days

The UN warns it will be at least four days before inspectors are able to finish their checks in Syria. Dominic Waghorn reports.

俄羅斯強烈反對讓聯合國支持西方驅逐阿薩德的行動。俄羅斯外交部長拉夫羅夫說，緊張局勢加劇破壞了通過談判結束敘利亞內戰的希望。據聯合國統計，敘利亞內戰已經導致10萬人死亡。而美國、英國和法國等仍在搜集證據，就疑似化武攻擊事件，對敘利亞總統阿薩德政權采取軍事行動，對敘利亞軍事目標實施巡航導彈襲擊。

中國外長王毅表示，政治解決始終是敘利亞問題的唯一現實出路。外部軍事干預有悖于《聯合國憲章》宗旨以及國際關系基本準則，并加劇中東局勢動蕩。中方呼吁各方保持克制與冷靜，堅持政治解決的正確軌道。

美國政府決定繞過聯合國安理會，自行與盟友就敘利亞政府使用化學武器采取懲罰行動。在敘利亞附近的4艘美軍驅逐艦和英軍的一艘核潛艇已準備完畢，一次可向敘利亞發射400枚戰斧。以色列部隊已開往戈蘭高地。而俄羅斯將向東地中海派遣一艘反潛艦和一艘導彈巡洋艦，尚不知其意圖。

UN weapon's inspectors backed out on the ground in Syria knowing their job has just become even more crucial,gathering evidence of what chemical weapons were deployed killing civilian men,women and children.

But the UN still know unity on how to respond. The five permanent members of the Security Council considered the British sponse resolution condemning the atrocity and urging action to protect civilians.The meeting lasted just half an hour before Chinese and Russian ambassadors left.Then fresh counter claims about radial chemical weapons attacks.

Armed terrorist group use sarin gas all this sight and we will repeat the terrorist groups who want to use them with American,British,and French encouragement.These encouragement shouldn't stop.If the UN inspectors investigate those claims,they are gonna just stay longer making eminent military action against Syria less likely.

And the UN'sSecretary GeneralBKM is cautioning against any immediate action.It is essential to establish the fact,the United Nation's investigation team in now underground to do just that.Just days after the attacks, they have collected valuable samples and interviewed victims and witnesses.The team needs time to do its job.

The UN's envoy to Syria says some kind of chemical has been used and might have killed as many as thousands of people.But that doesn't automatically,he says,mean else choices.

I think international lawyers are clear on this,on,on,on,on this.International law says that military action must be taken after the decision by the Security Council.

While China and Russia repose any action ,the process is effectively stalled. The chemical weapon's attack remains unpunished and for now there is little deterrance against the happening again.
