Zimbabwe: Robert Mugabe Sworn In As President

Britain expresses disappointment at the opposition's decision not to challenge the "deeply flawed" election result.

穆加貝說，在自己的下一個五年總統任期內，他將致力于推動津巴布韋同中國關系進一步發展，讓津中關系“更好”。他說，在津巴布韋爭取獨立、維護主權和發展經濟進程中，中方一直堅定支持津方，津巴布韋過去、現在和將來都視中國為真誠友好的朋友，相信在民盟成為唯一執政黨后，津中合作將取得更加豐碩的成果。

We have had peaceful elections. We have had free elections. We have had fair elections,with our Constitution allowing for any changes from whomsoever. Well done Zimbabwe!

For those odd Western countries who happen to hold a different, negative view of our electoral process and outcome, well, there is not much we can do about them. We dismiss them as the vile ones whose moralturpitude we must mourn.
