【解詞釋義】此語多用來表示ask the reason for something，即指“原因，原由”，尤其是指對(duì)行為古怪的人們?cè)儐枮槭裁磿?huì)如此做。

【例句-1】What with one thing and another, I forgot to tell you we couldn't come.
