One way to check if something is worth mulling overis to ask yourself this question: "Will this matter in one year’s time? Three years? Five years?"
區(qū)分一件事是否值得擔心,只要問問自己這個問題:“一年后這件事還重要嗎?三年后呢?五年后呢?”
If not, then it's not worth worrying about.
如果答案是否定的,那就別再去擔心了。
