Danny has thought of a new kind of transportation.

Now he is going to make his presentation to the class.
現在他要為全班作介紹。
Last night, he went to bed very late.
昨晚，他很晚才睡覺。
He was building his invention!
他在制作他的發明。
He took an old backpack.
他拿來一個舊的背包。
Then he made two cardboard rockets.
接著他做了兩個紙板火箭。
He painted them red and glued them onto the backpack.
他把它們漆成紅色，把它們粘在背包上。
In the morning, on the way to school, he bought ten donuts.
早上，在去學校的路上，他買了十個油炸圈餅。
Now, Danny is standing at the front of the classroom.
現在，丹尼正站在講臺。
I would like to present my invention.
我來介紹一下我的發明。
It's called Flying Donuts.
它叫做飛行油炸圈餅。
With my invention, you don't need an airplane to fly.
有了我的發明，你不需要飛機來飛了。
First, you put on Flying Donuts.
首先，你背好飛行油炸圈餅。
Then you turn it on and jump into the air!
然后你打開它，跳向空中！
Okay, Danny.
好了，丹尼。
But why is it called Flying Donuts?
可是它為什么叫飛行油炸圈餅呢？
Look inside! See?
看里面！看見了嗎？
I put ten donuts in there.
我在里面放了十個油炸圈餅。
What do the donuts do, Danny?
丹尼，油炸圈餅能做什么？
The donuts are the fuel.
油炸圈餅是燃料。
I don't need oil or coal.
我不需要油或者是煤。
Every donut will carry you one kilometre.
每個油炸圈餅會運送你一公里。
To go ten kilometres, you need ten donuts.
走十公里，你就需要十個油炸圈餅。
Will other types of food make the rockets go?
其它食物也可以使火箭起飛嗎？
Yes, but donuts are best.
是的，但是油炸圈餅是最好的。
Why is that?
為什么？
Because you can eat them when you get hungry!
因為你可以在餓的時候吃。
Will Danny's invention really work?
丹尼的發明真的管用嗎？
I don't think so, but he had fun and he used his imagination!
