The Winter Olympics was once called the "White" Olympics.
冬奧會一度被稱為“白色”奧運會。
At first time,many colourful stamps were published to mark the event.
起初，人們發(fā)行許多五顏六色的郵票來紀念這次盛會。
The first stamp came out on January 25,1932 in the United States for the 3rd Winter Olympics.

From then on,publishing stamps during the Winter Olympics became a rule.

During the 4th Winter Olympic Games,
