2. -ache 詞綴 “痛”

對(duì)于headache(頭痛)，toothache(牙痛)，stomachache(胃痛)，backache(背痛)，earache(耳痛)等帶有 -ache 的復(fù)合詞來(lái)說(shuō)，headache 是一個(gè)規(guī)則的可數(shù)名詞，可以根據(jù)需要連用不定冠詞，而其他的詞則用作可數(shù)或不可數(shù)名均可(在美語(yǔ)中通常用作可數(shù)名詞)，也就是說(shuō)其前既可連用不定冠詞，也可以省略。如：

I’ve got (a) toothache.

我牙疼。

I get a headache if I watch too much television.

每當(dāng)看電視太久我就會(huì)頭疼。
