Jack說：
“they only fall asleep if they're next to each other. 他們只有挨在一起的時(shí)候才能睡著。”
一說到“旁邊”很多同學(xué)可能首先想到的是 near 或者 by，其實(shí)在生活中“在…的旁邊”經(jīng)常用到的是“Next to”
Sit next to… 坐在…旁邊
Sit next to me 坐在我旁邊
Do you want to sit next to me? 你想坐我旁邊嗎？
Be next to… 坐在…旁邊
Be next to me 坐在我旁邊
He's right next to me. Do you wanna talk to him? 他就在我旁邊你要不要跟他說話？
還有一個(gè)非常常用的表達(dá)：
Live next to… 住在…旁邊
I live right next to my work. It's very convenient. 我就住在公司旁邊，特別方便。
I live right next to a supermarket. 我就住在一個(gè)大超市旁邊。
