那么今天的短信是關(guān)于我和朋友在討論去玩的一些經(jīng)歷。首先我來(lái)讀一下。

好，接下來(lái)我們逐條分析，朋友說(shuō)，you've gotta try hard to get back on a regular sleep schedule for school.就是說(shuō)，你需要很努力才能回來(lái)正常的學(xué)校生物鐘。某段時(shí)間流行的雞湯，說(shuō)，你需要很努力，才能xxxx比如，你需要很努力才能取得好成績(jī)。那這個(gè)就可以這么翻譯，you've gotta try hard to get good grades. 這里的gatta就是got to的意思，have to的意思，表示必須要。
2. I remember the time change messed me up when I was in Spain. mess sb up就是說(shuō)讓人很崩潰，相當(dāng)于我們常說(shuō)的devastated，mental breakdown前者多用于某事，(Receiving bad grades on this final messes me up, 收到考的很差的成績(jī)單，搞得我很崩潰). 而后者多用于人主語(yǔ)。(I'm experiencing a mental breakdown right now, 我現(xiàn)在有點(diǎn)崩潰)
緊接著我回復(fù)，I def will go there next year,我明年肯定會(huì)去西班牙的,def是definitely的縮寫(xiě)。然后他回復(fù)我，I'd go to Barcelona then take a bullet train to Madrid. 這里要注意，前半句是個(gè)虛擬語(yǔ)氣，省略了if I were you, I would go就是說(shuō)他給我建議，他要是我的話，他就會(huì)先去巴塞羅那然后做個(gè)高鐵去馬德里。
后面他又補(bǔ)充，it's what I did，我就是這么干的，it worked out pretty good.事實(shí)證明很成功！work out，發(fā)展的很好，進(jìn)展的順利. This program worked out pretty well這個(gè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展的很順利。或者你建議你去做某事，然后你去做了，發(fā)現(xiàn)效果并不好，你就可以回答,it didn't work out，就是沒(méi)有成功或者效果不好的意思。
最后呢，就是我說(shuō)我從巴黎去，我們情境有點(diǎn)不太一樣。
那總結(jié):
1. you've gotta try hard to do sth 你必須要很努力才能...的意思。
2. mess sb up讓人很崩潰。
3. def是definitely縮寫(xiě)。
4. work out發(fā)展的好，進(jìn)展順利的意思。
