David: Hi guys. My name is David
Nick: 腿麻了，相信很多人都體會過這種感覺吧，當你坐著太久不動，然后站起身，你就感覺到腿很麻，行動不便。但是呢，通常幾十秒就可以緩解。這可能因為血液不太暢通，我不是醫生，所以不太清楚。那腿麻了美語要怎么說？
Nick: Hey David. What are you doing here? No offence but you do look like a cripple. What happened to you? Need some help?
David: I can't feel my legs right now.
Nick: Whoa why?
David: I guess I've just been sitting too long. When I sit for so long, my legs just become sore from sitting for such an extended period of time. I just feel like ugh… I can't feel anything in my legs. Just like tingling.
Nick: Oh it must hurtful. I've been there before this morning. I was cramming for my exam so I was literally sitting all morning and didn't stand up at all. When I tried to grab some lunch, I was like"what the hell are my legs still there?" I felt miserable and my legs recovered 1 minute later.
David: Yeah, that's terrible. It always feels bad right after you stand up. You just can't feel you legs. But it usually goes away. It's different from when you work out though.
Nick: Oh yeah. In that situation, you can't feel legs.
David: Yeah like one time I worked out, I ran a whole marathon. And after that my legs were so sore that I could barely move. In that situation, I could've said I can't feel my legs. But it would've been better for me to say I feel like I got hit by a train.
Nick: I got hit by a train. Wow that's vivid.
David: Yeah I usually say I can't feel my legs if you that I haven't been moving it at all. I've just been lying and bent all day. Now my legs are upset that I'm trying to stand again
Nick: Ok, thank you. David說，當你久坐的時候，你的腿會麻，那種讓你感到很痛苦，就可以說I can't feel my legs。但是在那種你做了很長時間的運動，比如說跑步，比如他說跑馬拉松，非常的累，那這種時候可以用I can't feel my legs，人家會懂。但是他個人會喜歡說my legs got hit by a train，就像被火車撞了。因為那種麻不是久坐的麻，這種痛苦是不太一樣的，所以他會用另一種表達. So this is pretty much it for this time. I'll see you guys next time. Bye
