Tom: Wow, it seems that this restaurant is specialized in steak.
湯姆：哇，貌似這家餐廳主要經營牛排耶。
Kathy: Yeah, wonderful. I'm a fan of steak. Wow, it serves steak tartare. Unbelievable!
凱茜：是啊，太棒啦。我可是牛排的粉絲哦。哇，這里竟然有韃靼牛排，難以置信耶！
Tom: Eh? Is it rare to see?
湯姆：哦？這個很難吃到嗎？
Kathy: Yes. Steak tartare has been out of fashion since the 1980s, probably because the public is suspicious of the quality of the meat being used.
凱茜：是呀。20世紀80年代開始，韃靼牛排就不怎么流行了，或許是因為老百姓覺得牛肉的質量不可信吧。
Tom: So, restaurants are unwilling to serve this dish?
湯姆：這樣的話，餐廳也不愿意做這種菜咯？
Kathy: Yes. That's the reason why I order it whenever I see it offered.
凱茜：是的。所以呀，我只要一看到這種牛排就點。
Tom: You seem to be a big fan of it.
湯姆：你好像是韃靼牛排的鐵桿粉絲啊。
Kathy: Definitely!
凱茜：那是必須的呀！
