Jenny: Wow! What a wonderful restaurant! They said they serve the most authentic Californian flavor in the US.

Gary: Yes. Cobb salads, seared scallops, and California rolls are the best sellers in this restaurant.

Jenny: Fine. Let's have seared scallop first. Gary, I believe you may prefer Mexican flavor. Have you been accustomed to the Californian cuisine?

Gary: No worries. Many years ago, a lot of immigrants from Mexico brought their cooking styles to California. You see, burritos, refried beans and tortas are all Mexican traditional food, but you could easily have them here.
