Tina: I bought this power-saving refrigerator from your store last week. But it turned out to be power-wasting. We used twice more electricity last week than ever before. I want to return it.

Manager: Madam, are you sure you were using it according to the instruction?

Tina: No. Why should I read instructions when I just use a refrigerator?

Manager: I'm sorry we didn't remind you at the very beginning. There is a small button here, which is the power-saving button. If you didn't press it, this is just a normal refrigerator. It is written on the instruction. Now do you prefer to keep it and give it another chance or return it immediately?
