Steven is accepted by a company. Mr. Gu decides to offer Steven a training program. Now he is explaining the training program to Steven.
史蒂文被一家公司錄取了，顧先生決定給史蒂文做個培訓。現在他正和史蒂文解釋培訓計劃的內容。
Mr. Gu: Perhaps I should explain your training program to you.
顧先生：或許我該向你解釋一下你的培訓計劃。
Steven: How long will the program be?
史蒂文：培訓要多長時間？
Mr. Gu: About three months. In the first month, you will learn about our products, marketing strategy and the information of our competitors.
顧先生：大約3個月。第一個月，你要學習我們的產品和營銷策略，并了解我們競爭對手的信息。
Steven: Oh. that must be very interesting. What about the second month?
史蒂文：哦，那一定很有趣，那么第二個月做什么呢？
Mr. Gu: In the second and third month, you will work with an experienced salesman and watch how he deals with the customers. At the end of the program, you need to write a training report as a conclusion.
顧先生：在第二和第三個月里，你會跟著一位有經驗的銷售人員一起工作，看他是如何和客戶打交道的。在培訓結束時，你要寫一封總結性的培訓報告。
Steven: Well, I haven't expected that there would be a training report. I think the training will be useful for my future work.
