A: How did you like it?
A: 你覺得怎么樣？
B: The classical chapters were fine. but the one composed by him was not quite in harmony.
B: 古典音樂演奏得挺好，但是他自己寫的那個曲子不太和諧。
A: I thought so, too. He might be a good conductor, but not a good composer yet.
A: 我也有同感。他也許是個好指揮，但現在還不能說是個好作曲家。
B: Right.
B: 是的。

A: What do you think of this piece of music?
A: 你覺得這首曲子怎么樣？
B: The tune sounds nice, but I don't quite like the tempo.
B: 旋律聽上去不錯，但我不太喜歡這種節奏。
A: Yes, it's a bit too fast. By the way, do you go for pop music?
A: 節奏是有點兒快。順便問一句，你喜歡流行音樂嗎？
B: Not really, I have a special liking for old songs.
B: 不太喜歡。我對老歌倒是情有獨鐘。
A: You said it! Sometimes old songs can take us back to the sweet memories of the past.
A: 說得對！ 有時老歌能讓我們回憶起美好的過去。

A: Do you have any taste for pop music?
A: 你喜歡流行音樂嗎？
B: I don't think so, but I like classical music.
B: 不喜歡。我喜歡古典音樂。
A: What? Nowadays few young people have a delicate ear for classical music.
A: 什么？現在的年輕人可沒幾個欣賞古典音樂的了。
B: That's true. And that's my difference.
B: 這倒是真的。這就是我的不同之處。
A: You are always want to be different. How about rock and roll?
A: 你總是想與眾不同。搖滾怎么樣？
B: I cannot bear rock music. It's too loud.
B: 簡直受不了。太吵了。
A: But it's so exciting and thrilling. And classical music sounds out of fashion.
A: 但是它能令人興奮，使人激動啊。而古典音樂就有點過時了。
B: I do not want to jump on the bandwagon.
B: 我可不想趕潮流。
