B:Generally, organizers provide basic shells or modules and then the exhibitors complete themselves. And also the exhibitors can design and build their own stands from scratch. We are doing in this case.
一般來說，組織者提供基本的攤位外殼和單元，然后參展單位自己布置完成。當(dāng)然參展單位也可以自己從無到有設(shè)計(jì)建造攤位。我們這一次就這么干。
A:Oh, no, I am afraid we can not construct the stands ourselves.
不，恐怕我們自己不能動(dòng)手親自建吧。
B:Of course. We will employ a firm of contractor who specializes in stand construction, and discuss the design of our stand with them in detail tomorrow.
當(dāng)然。我們準(zhǔn)備雇用一家專業(yè)公司作為攤位建設(shè)承包商。明天和他們?cè)斦剶偽坏脑O(shè)計(jì)問題。
A:That's a good idea.

B:We have many things to be taken into our consideration: range of products to be displayed, amenities to be provided, the number of staff on duty, and so on. See to it that the estimate of the amount of space should be accounted.
我們有很多方面需要考慮：參展的產(chǎn)品范圍、提供的服務(wù)設(shè)施、值班的人數(shù)等等。務(wù)必確保面積估計(jì)的準(zhǔn)確。
A:When will the contractor produce the design?
承包商什么時(shí)候設(shè)計(jì)啊？
B:After we book our space through the organizer.
得在向組織者預(yù)定面積之后了。
