如果你想讓語氣聽起來以上的句子更重的話，那就用“I'm positive that…”或是“I really feel that…”來開始: “I'm positive that it's the vendor's fault”想聽者表示出你對此是非常的肯定。就是說，“我很肯定，那你也應該肯定!”沒那么自信的人會說:“John in Marketing said it could be the vendor's fault. I thought he had a good point.”
