Leaders may also focus too much attention on competition, and not enough on teamwork. If these problems have occurred, then it is the responsibility of everyone to acknowledge them and try to solve them. If this does not happen, then the leadership must take steps to avoid it. This is a part of the process of self-improvement that all companies need to integrate. Frequent evaluations of leadership skills and teamwork ability would help to limit these problems.
