阿美和咖啡廳的一個(gè)老顧客聊起了咖啡，從世界最著名的咖啡到時(shí)下流行的速溶咖啡，聊得還真歡呢。

May: Good afternoon, sir. You are really a regular customer here. May I ask you why you come here so often?
Customer: I'm a newspaper columnist. I write comments for a living. I enjoy working in a coffeehouse.
May: I see. But isn't it a bit too noisy?
Customer: I don't mind. By contrast, I quite like the circumstances, as I can see a variety of people here, who can always give me tremendous inspiration. And the most important thing is coffee as it is my life.
May: I can see that. Then what is your favorite coffee?
Customer: Irish coffee is my favorite. But I can drink any other. I'm not particular on it.
May: All right. Would you make coffee yourself when you are at home?
Customer: Not very often. Making coffee is a bit troublesome. Most of the time, I just buy takeout at Starbucks. And also, I quite like instant coffee.
May: I think instant coffee is becoming more and more popular. Though its taste is not perfect, it's really cheap and convenient.
Customer: Exactly. Nescafe is the world's favorite coffee. People love it all over the world?
May: Which country makes the best coffee in the world?
Customer: Many people think Brazil makes the best coffee. Brazil exports a lot of coffee. But I love Irish coffee. So it's hard to say. Just depends on your taste.
May: I agree. I heard in the western countries, almost everyone likes coffee. Is that true?
Customer: Yes. No doubt about that. For us, coffee is more a living style rather than a simple drink. I heard Chinese people don't drink that much coffee.
May: No, we don't, especially the old people. But more and more young people fall for coffee.
Customer: I suppose so. That's probably why there are so many wonderful coffeehouses in China now.

阿美: 早上好，先生。您可真是我們這里的常客啊。我能問一下您為什么常常來這里啊？
顧客: 我是報(bào)紙的專欄作家。我靠寫評(píng)論為生。我喜歡在咖啡廳里工作啊。
阿美: 知道了。但是這里不會(huì)有點(diǎn)吵嗎？
顧客: 我不介意。相反，我喜歡這樣的環(huán)境，因?yàn)樵谶@里我可以看到不同的人，他們會(huì)給我?guī)砗芏嗟撵`感。而且最重要的是咖啡可是我的生命啊。
阿美: 可以看得出來。那您最喜歡的咖啡是哪種？
顧客: 愛爾蘭咖啡是我的最愛。但是我也可以喝別的。我并不挑剔的。
阿美: 嗯。那您在家的時(shí)候會(huì)自己煮咖啡喝嗎？
顧客: 不經(jīng)常煮。煮咖啡其實(shí)有點(diǎn)麻煩。大多數(shù)時(shí)候，我就喝星巴克的外賣咖啡。而且，我也喜歡速溶咖啡。
阿美: 我覺得速溶咖啡變得越來越流行了。盡管它的味道可能不是很完美，但真是便宜方便。
顧客: 沒錯(cuò)。雀巢咖啡是全世界最受歡迎的咖啡。全世界的人都喜歡呢？
阿美: 世界上哪個(gè)國家出產(chǎn)最好的咖啡呢？
顧客: 很多人覺得巴西出產(chǎn)最好的咖啡，巴西也出口很多的咖啡。但是我喜歡愛爾蘭咖啡。所以很難說。要看個(gè)人的口味吧。
阿美: 我同意。我聽說在西方國家，幾乎每個(gè)人都喜歡咖啡。這是真的嗎？
顧客: 是的。那是毫無疑問的。對(duì)我們來說，咖啡不僅僅是一種飲料，更加是一種生活方式。我聽說中國人不喝那么多咖啡。
阿美: 是的，尤其是老一輩的人。但是現(xiàn)在越來越多的人喜歡上咖啡了。
顧客: 我猜也是。這可能就是為什么中國現(xiàn)在有那么多很棒的咖啡廳的原因吧。
