Dad: Getting into Tsinghua is very competitive. You must study ten times harder than others. Why do you want to go to Tsinghua?
May: Tsinghua is the top university in China. Half of my classmates want to go to Tsinghua.
Dad: It's best only when it fits you. I don't advise you to go to Tsinghua. Though it ranks top in China, it doesn't fit you.
May: You think so? Why?
Dad: Don't you always want to study Chinese literature? Tsinghua is not good for that. I suggest you apply for Peking University.
May: Dad, you are right. Tsinghua is the best, but it isn't a fit for me. But do you really think I can get in Peking University? What if I failed?
Dad: Of course you can! No matter what the result is, the process is more important.

阿美: 嗯，差不多。我只是需要更多的時間來復習。

阿美: 爸爸，你認為我能考上清華大學嗎？我怕我做不到。
爸爸: 考清華的競爭會很激烈。你必須要付出比別人多十倍的努力。你為什么想考清華呀？
阿美: 清華是全國最好的大學呀。我們班一半的同學都想考清華。
爸爸: 只有適合自己的才是最好的。我不建議你考清華。雖然它是中國頂尖高校，但是它不適合你。
阿美: 你真這樣想？為什么？
爸爸: 你不是一直想學中國文學嗎？清華在那方面并不是很強。我建議你考北京大學。
阿美: 嗯，是這樣的。清華是最好的，但是它并不適合我。但是你真的認為我能考上北大嗎？如果沒考上怎么辦？
爸爸: 你肯定行！不管結果怎樣，過程更重要。
