人類自創(chuàng)造音樂的那一刻起，即開始了音樂的傳播。在一個極為漫長的歷史階段中，人類只能通過音樂表演和口授來傳播音樂。音樂保存極為有限，傳播距離和傳播方向也極為有限。
Music transmission bagan the moment mankind created music. For a very long period of historical development, humans could only transmit music by means of musical performance and oral instruction. There was a severe limitation to the extent of music preservation as well as to the distance and directions of music transmission.
當(dāng)人類發(fā)明了樂譜后，音樂便開始脫離表演，演變成文字得以記錄和傳播。然而人類音樂傳播的真正革命性里程碑的建立者無疑是科學(xué)家們。他們創(chuàng)造了令人嘆為觀止的音樂傳播手段。從最早的機械留聲機，到今天五花八門的電子媒體，音樂的傳播變得如此便捷，如此高保真。

When mankind invented musical scores, music bagan to break from the boundaties of being only a performing art and developed into a system of written symbols that can be recorded and spread. Undoubtedly, however, it was the scientists who should be crowned as the founders of the ral revolutonary milestone of human musical communication. Scientists invented marvelous means of music transmission, beginning from the earliest mechanical record turn table to today’s many kinds of electronic media. Music transmission has become something that is amazingly convenient, fast and hi-fi supported.
在20世紀諸多的音樂傳播手段中，無線電廣播的發(fā)明和發(fā)展對音樂傳播了極為重要作用。然而高科技的高速發(fā)展，也使我國廣播音樂工作者在新世紀中面臨嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn)。隨著CD唱片的日益普及，隨著立體聲及數(shù)字式音樂電視邁開咄咄逼人腳步，隨著，尤其是隨著仿佛無所不能的計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)勢力的高速擴張，新世紀音樂廣播和音樂廣播人還能有所作為嗎？
Among the numerous means of music tranamission of the 20th century, the creation and development of radio braodcasting played an extremely improtant role in the industry of music transmission. Nevertheless, the rapid development of high technology has brought serious challenges to china’s radio music workers in the new century. With the ever increasing popularization of CDs, with the agreesive march of stereo and digital musical TV, with, and espeacially with the rapid extention of the almighty computer network force, what else can be done on the part of the music broadcasting industry and music broadcasters of the new century?
