During the term of this Contract,all technical documentation,including but not limited to manufacturing technologies, procedures,methods,formulas,data,techniques and know-how, to be provided by one Party to the other shall be treated by the recipient as "Confidential Information".

Confidential Information must be kept by the recipient in a secure place with access limited to only such Party’s employees or agents who need to know such information for the purpose of this Contract and who have similarly agreed to keep such information confidential pursuant to a written confidentiality agreement which reflects the terms hereof.

合同類文本的難點首先體現在專業術語上，這部分和經濟術語特別相似。比如這次考題共出現了兩個“term”，這是一個多義詞，因此同學需通過選義譯法對其含義進行判斷。比如第一個term出現在第一行文字，根據提示詞 “during”, 不難猜出這里是“期限”的含義；而第二個term 出現在第二段文字，根據上下文環境，應該可以判定在這里，term不再表示“期限”，而是表示“條款”。
　　
其次，合同類文本的難點還體現在其語言結構上，請觀下句：
