Yes, I think so. Maybe Chinese people look conservative to some extent,but they are acute to new things,and they always get ready to learn advanced technology.
我覺得是的?？赡苤袊嗽谀撤N程度上看起來比較保守，但是他們對新事物是很敏銳的，而且他們已經準備好要學習先進的技術了。

They learn advanced technology,medicine, administration,etc from other countries. They will do some extreme sports or have some new entertainment.
他們從別的國家學習先進的技術，藥學，管理等。他們會做一些極限運動和一些新的休閑娛樂活動。

It depends. If a person wants to play a musical instrument, the earlier the better,but when a person grows up,he can obtain the ability to understand the new skills better.
這得依情況而定。如果一個人想要演奏一種樂器，越早越好。 但是當一個人長大后，他能對新技巧理解得更好。

Absolutely. Learning new skills makes me have the sense of achievement. Besides that, learning a new skill can help you in some way in the future. For example,you can find a job easily after you have grasped the computer technology.
我絕對感興趣，學習新技巧讓我很有成就感。此外，學習新技巧在將來的某些方面可以幫助你。例如，等你熟練計算機技巧后你將會比較容易找到工作。

Well, if I start to learn a new skill,I guess a teacher is very important. He can tell me the important parts in learning the skill,which can save me a lot of time.
如果我開始學習一項新技藝，我覺得老師是很重要的。他可以告訴我們所學新技藝中的重要部分，這可以省掉我很多時間。

Men like to learn mechanical skills like fixing cars or repairing something,but women prefer to learn skills like makeup or knitting.
