Then, they mark you also on vocabulary.
另外,他們還會根據(jù)你的詞匯量打分。
Do you use words like "good, bad" a lot? Those are very low-level words. Or do you use high level words that really show off your vocabulary?"
你大量使用“good,bad”這類低水平詞匯嗎?還是說你使用的是可以充分彰顯詞匯量的高水平詞匯?
The final thing you're marked on is grammar and accuracy.
另外兩個評分點是語法和準(zhǔn)確度。
For example, do you only use the present tense for the whole test or are you able to correctly use the present tense, the past tense, present perfect, future?
例如,你是通篇使用現(xiàn)在時態(tài)呢,還是可以正確使用現(xiàn)在時、過去時、現(xiàn)在完成時和將來時?
How well is your grammar?
你的語法有多好?
Don't panic. Maybe you're weak in grammar. Maybe you make some mistakes in grammar.
不過別擔(dān)心。雖然你可能語法比較弱,雖然你可能犯一些語法錯誤。
But you're marked equally on these four components?
不過考官是從以上四個方面綜合打分的。
Now, let's look at some tips on how to do well on Part 1 of the speaking part of the IELTS.
現(xiàn)在我們來看看在雅思口試第一部分取得好成績的一些技巧。
What are some of the things we should do to get a good mark in Part 1 of the IELTS for speaking?
要在口試部分得到好分?jǐn)?shù),我們應(yīng)該做些什么呢?
Well, we have a list here of dos.
我這里有一個任務(wù)列表。
These are things you want to do.
任務(wù)列表里的事情都是你應(yīng)該做到的。
The first thing that's very important is when you first meet the examiner.
首當(dāng)其沖的是當(dāng)你見到考官時應(yīng)該怎么做。
If you're very nervous, and you don't make eye-contact, and you look at the floor the whole time, you're not going to do well on the IELTS even if your English is pretty good.
如果你非常緊張,和考官完全沒有目光接觸,始終看著地面,即使你的英語還不錯,你也無法得到一個好分?jǐn)?shù)。
It's very important to present yourself with confidence.
顯得自信非常重要。
You want to go into that test and know you're going to do well.
你渴望參加測試并且你知道自己能做好。
If you think you're going to do well, you're going to do a lot better.
如果你認(rèn)為自己能做好,那么你就能做得比預(yù)期更好。
If you think you're going to do badly, you're probably going to do badly.
如果你覺得自己會表現(xiàn)糟糕,那么事實很可能如你所料。
Think you're going to do well, and be confident.
相信自己可以做好,而且,要自信。
Another important thing is be friendly. You want to smile.
另一個要點是要友好,面帶微笑。
Body language is actually very important in the IELTS.
在雅思考試中肢體語言其實非常重要。
You want to make eye-contact. Don't look at your feet. Don't look at your hands. Look at the examiner.
要有眼神接觸,不要看腳下,不要看手指,看考官。
But you don't have to stare at them. Just look at them when you talk.
但你不需要死死盯著考官,說話的時候看著就好。
Another thing a lot of students forget is they don't act excited when they're answering questions.
還有一點很多學(xué)生容易忘記,那就是回答問題的時候表現(xiàn)得不夠積極。
What do I mean by this? Well, they talk with a monotone.
這么說是什么意思呢?也就是說他們說話沒有抑揚頓挫。
For example, "Do you like playing sports?" This is a common question on the IELTS.
比如考官問,“你喜歡運動嗎?” 這是雅思中常見的問題。
A student might respond, "I really like playing basketball. Basketball is a good sport."
可能有學(xué)生這樣毫無起伏地回答,“我非常喜歡籃球,籃球是項好運動。”
If the examiner hears that, you're probably not going to get a good mark.
考官聽了可不見得會給你好分?jǐn)?shù)。
You should act excited about what you're saying.
說話的時候應(yīng)該表現(xiàn)得積極一些。
"Yes. I love sports. Basketball is my favorite. It's, you know -- I love watching basketball. It's a lot of fun to play."
“是的,我熱愛運動,籃球是我最喜歡的項目。籃球——我非常喜歡看球賽,而且打籃球也很有趣。”
If you seem excited, you will do better.
如果你顯得積極,會做得更好。
