1. A: I don't really understand why you contacted Professor Higgins.

A: He has nothing to do with our faculty. B: Well, we wanted to understand what impact an invention like this would have on the environment. And that's his area of expertise.

2. A: First of all, we put video cameras in the animals' cages.
