Topic: An effective leader should make others feel that they are part of the decision making.

Leaders must be partners with other people in the modern world since they no longer can lead solely based on positional power. Today's visionary leadership relates to generating confidence, so the rule by king or official leader that was authority itself is outdated and ineffective, failing to make people feel being part of the game. As long as decision making is concerned, effective leadership not only inspires others to have confidence in the leader but also inspires them to have confidence in themselves.
To gain people's confidence, a real leader is a visionary who is content to point the way so that others can follow toward the horizon. Usually people tend to deposit their trust in good communication and good judgment--two essential qualities of a leader. Such confidence is a feeling more about influence than about authority, considering that nowadays the positional power alone might not bring about that kind of confidence which catches up with the modern time. From this point of view, it may be assumed that an influential person who has people's confidence does not have to hold a position to become a leader. Therefore, only under such a leader can people feel like participating in the decision making, and learn more, work more, achieve more and dream more. In short, people follow the leader's vision of a better future.
If an effective leader has the vision that a dream can be achieved, others become filled with the power and energy to get it done. This shows how important it is for a leader to connect with others and make them feel that they are part of the team. Without that connection, the leader's ability to lead would soon be lost. The 'we-feeling' connection draws from something magnetic as excellent leaders have a way of communication that inspires self-confidence in others. That is to say, people's confidence in the visionary leader's judgment breeds confidence in themselves as well. Trusting that their voices are being heard and opinions are valued, they feel as if they were partners of the leadership.
On the whole, all visionary leaders can inspire others' confidence in the effective leadership in decision making as well as inspire others to have self-confidence in getting the job done. Through the art of communication, successful leaders understand people's aspirations and make the leadership judgments understood by people. 貓頭鷹:題目Topic和任務Task可以看做同一回事,搞不懂也不會鬧笑話。雅思托福寫作有Task 1和Task 2,其任務不同,比方說Task 1是引導寫作。在Task 2 是獨立大作文,Topic=Prompt=真題=百種千樣的話題。Task 2=答題的任務幾乎千篇一律(比方說要求針對問題提出立場說同意不同意,作為回答,又要求提出論證來支持答題的立場。)

貓頭鷹:論證的文思難得泉涌而來。有時想出幾個好點子,可是造句又不來電,幾乎詞不達意。看來長久之計應該是自習造句+論證,不斷充電。當務之急只好加強閱讀多人多篇多樣高分范文,見好樣就學好樣,全面模仿。專注筆記背誦老手的句子,大膽抄襲高手的精彩論證。將完整的句子記住,包掛標點符號,到時候用得上。也許特別出色的范文就是特效藥。要不然則報培訓班,既有名師或有名藥。

貓頭鷹:高分范文的亮點:作文的邏輯--主題有焦點,結構有組織,內容有支持。英文的應用——語言有效率,句型有變化,詞匯有恰當。考前至少選讀100篇不同話題不同作者的高分范文,好處多多。
