The seasons make me think of a story.
四季使我想起了一個故事。
It's about a hard-working ant and a lazy grasshopper.
這是有關勤勞的螞蟻和懶惰的蚱蜢的故事。
The grasshopper and the ant lived in a forest.
蚱蜢和螞蟻住在森林里。
The grasshopper was lazy and the ant was hard-working.
蚱蜢很懶惰，螞蟻很勤勞。
All summer, the grasshopper sat in the sun and sang happily all the time.
整個夏天，蚱蜢都在陽光下閑坐著，快樂地歌唱。
The ant made a house under the ground.
螞蟻在地底下建了一個房子。
Autumn came and the ant worked harder.
秋天來了，螞蟻更加努力工作。
He collected food and took it into his house.
他收集食物，儲存在房子里。
'Why do you work so hard?' asked the grasshopper.
蚱蜢問：“你為什么這么努力工作？”
'Winter is coming soon. It'll be very cold and it'll snow, too.
“冬天快要來了。天氣會很冷，也會下雪。
It'll be difficult to find any food,' said the ant.
到時會很難找到食物?！蔽浵佌f。
'Don't be silly, my friend,' laughed the grasshopper.
蚱蜢笑著說：“我的朋友，別傻了?！?/p>
'There will be plenty of food in the forest in winter. Let's sing and play.'
“冬天森林里會有很多食物。我們唱歌、玩耍吧！”
At last, winter came. The ant stayed in his warm house. He had a lot of food.
最后，冬天來了。螞蟻呆在暖和的房子里。他有很多食物。
The grasshopper was outside in the snow.
蚱蜢在外面的雪地里。
He looked for food everywhere, but he found nothing.
他到處尋找食物，但是一無所獲。
He felt cold, hungry and disappointed.
他感到又冷又餓，而且很失望。
The ant heard the grasshopper and came out of his house.
螞蟻聽到蚱蜢的聲音，走出房屋。
'What's the matter, my friend?' asked the ant.
螞蟻問：“我的朋友，你怎么了？”
'I'm cold and hungry,' answered the grasshopper sadly.
蚱蜢悲傷地說：“我又冷又餓?！?/p>
'Come into my house,' said the ant.
螞蟻說：“快進屋，
'It's warm inside and I've got enough food for both of us.'
里面很暖和，我有很多食物夠我們吃?！?/p>
The grasshopper thanked the ant and promised, 'When spring comes, I'll work hard like you.'
蚱蜢感謝螞蟻并保證說：“春天到來時，我會像你一樣努力工作。”
