第二十四課:寫(xiě)一首詩(shī)

We learned to write stories and poems this week.
我們這周學(xué)習(xí)寫(xiě)故事和詩(shī)歌。
We read many different kinds ofpoems.
我們閱讀了許多不同種類(lèi)的詩(shī)歌。
We also learned about fables and fairy tales.
我們也學(xué)習(xí)了寓言和童話(huà)故事。
I like reading stories, but they are very hard to write.
我喜歡讀故事,但是寫(xiě)故事很難。
I think a good story must have great characters and an interesting plot.
我認(rèn)為一個(gè)好的故事必須有好的角色,和一個(gè)有意思的故事情節(jié)。
Jenny thinks stories are easier to write than poems, but I don't think so.
珍妮認(rèn)為寫(xiě)故事比寫(xiě)詩(shī)歌容易些,但我不這樣看。
At the beginning, I was afraid to try writing a poem.
起初,我害怕寫(xiě)詩(shī)。
I tried to write one about my favourite place beside a lake.
我試著寫(xiě)寫(xiě)湖邊我最喜歡的一個(gè)地方。
But it was too hard to write that poem!
可是,那太難寫(xiě)了。
Then my teacher encouraged me to write a humorous poem because I am always saying funny things.
然后,老師鼓勵(lì)我寫(xiě)一首詼諧詩(shī),因?yàn)槲铱傉f(shuō)一些有趣的事情。
So I wrote a funny poem about a donut. Later I decided to write a poem about a cat! Here it is.
于是,我寫(xiě)了一首炸面圈的趣味詩(shī)。后來(lái),我決定寫(xiě)一首有關(guān)貓的詩(shī)!就是這首。

I once saw a very small cat, It was wearing a big yellow hat.
我曾看到一只小小的貓,它戴著一頂大大的黃色帽子。
I jumped really high, and then I said quietly, Don't you think you look funny in that?
我跳得很高,然后我輕輕地說(shuō),你不認(rèn)為你看起來(lái)很可笑嗎?
