Bus Driver and Passengers Save an Old Man
公交車司機(jī)和乘客救了一位老人
At 9:00 a.m. yesterday, bus No. 26 was going along Zhonghua Road when the driver saw an old man lying on the side of the road.
在昨天上午9點(diǎn)，當(dāng)司機(jī)看到一位老人躺在路邊，26路公交車正在沿中華路行駛。
A woman next to him was shouting for help.
老人旁邊的一個(gè)婦女正在喊救命。
The bus driver, 24-year-old Wang Ping, stopped the bus without thinking twice.
公交車司機(jī)，24歲的王平，毫不猶豫地停了車。
He got off and asked the woman what happened.
他下車，問(wèn)這個(gè)婦女發(fā)生了什么事。
She said that the man had a heart problem and should go to the hospital.
她說(shuō)這個(gè)老人有心臟病，需要去醫(yī)院看病。
Mr. Wang knew he had to act quickly.
王平知道他必須立即采取行動(dòng)。
He told the passengers that he must take the man to the hospital.
他告訴乘客他必須把老人送往醫(yī)院。
He expected most or all of the passengers to get off and wait for the next bus.

But to his surprise, they all agreed to go with him.

Some passengers helped Mr. Wang to move the man onto the bus.

Thanks to Mr. Wang and the passengers, the doctors saved the man in time.

"It's sad that many people don't want to help others because they don't want any trouble," says one passenger.
一個(gè)乘客說(shuō)："很多人不愿意幫助別人，因?yàn)樗麄儾幌肴锹闊?，這真是可悲。"
But the driver didn't think about himself.
但是司機(jī)沒(méi)有考慮自己。
He only thought about saving a life.
他只想著救人。
