A gift from an Angel

and East Grand Forks Minnesota,there was a big flood.

There was water everywhere.
到處都是水。
Many people had water in their houses.
很多人的家中都被洪水淹沒。
They had to leave their homes.

After the flood,they had no house,

no furniture,no clothes and no food.

But someone decided to help.

A woman decided to give money to the flood victims,

she wanted go give $2,000 to each family.

The woman didn't want people to know her name.

People thought she was from California.

They called her Angel.

Dora was one person who got a $2,000 check.

She said:There was two feet of water in my house.

I lost all my things.

She and two hundred other people waited in line to get their checks.
