短對話部分：
11. A) The man should visit the museums.
B) She can’t stand the hot weather.
C) The beach resort is a good choice.
D) She enjoys staying in Washington.

分析四個選項我們可以發現本題有兩個選項側重she，另外兩個側重點不同，一般四級考試會考兩個大致相同的來迷惑考生，而答案往往是非正常的選項。本題答案到底應該是哪一個，我們知道在一問一答的兩句式對話當中答案一般出在第二句，再回頭瀏覽下she選項，可以得知she選項分別強調兩個動作，一個是can't stand，一個是enjoy，意思截然相反。所以我們可以把第一道題歸結為動作題，做動作題，動作題中一般有典型的情態動詞出現，情態動詞后方的句子一般就是我們的正確答案，本題也不例外。本題原文第二句出現了 I’d be happy here no matter what ...， would后面的be happy here正是我們要選擇的答案。here指的正是文中提到的museums and restaurants in Washington，很明顯本題答案是D選項She enjoys staying in Washington.

12. A) Her new responsibilities in the company.
B) What her job prospects are.
C) What the customers’ feedback is.
D) The director’s opinion of her work.

在11題中我們講過，四級考試往往考非常態的，且小對話答案一般出在第二句，在第二句中我們會聽到一個詞but， 而后方的句子正是本題的答案。 12題和11題有很大的相似性，本題的答案都出現在有would引導的虛擬語氣中，回顧2010年6月份的四級考試，我們應該不陌生，虛擬語氣出現在小對話中的頻率相當之高。所以本題答案為D) The director’s opinion of her work.大多數同學選擇了C) What the customers’ feedback is選項，我們講過小對話中，一般明顯提到到的詞出現我們是不能選擇的，所以C選項應該是首先排除的選項。而feedback的同意替換正是D選項中的opinion。

13. A) Combine her training with dieting.
B) Repeat the training every three days.
C) Avoid excessive physical training.
D) Include weightlifting in the program.

本題和12題一樣，答案出現在but之后，我們來看下這句話but whatever you do, be careful not to overdo it.答案C選項Avoid excessive physical training正是be careful not to overdo it的同意替換。另外需要考生注意的一個解題規則就是，ABC三個選項中同時出現了一個詞“training”，而D選項跟training毫無關系，四級考題我們講過一般會考迷惑性的，所以首先D選項可以排除。答案肯定會出在ABC三個選項當中。提前分析選項，會達到事半功倍的效果。

14. A) When she will return home.
B) Whether she can go by herself.
C) Whether she can travel by air.
D) Whether she will completely recover.

在做聽力之前，我們分析四個選項可以得知BCD三個選項強調的都是whether，所以可以首先排除A，這三個選項的區別就在于動詞的不同，所以本題屬于動作考題， would再次出現在第二句話中， recommend against意為不建議做某事 這句話正式B選項的同意轉換。

15.A) The woman knows how to deal with the police.
B) The woman had been fined many times before.
C) The woman had violated traffic regulations.
D) The woman is good at finding excuses.

在我們講過的建議類句型中，有這樣一句話：why don’t you do sth? 強調的是you should do sth.本題第一句話就是此句型的運用，所以大家應該能想到答案肯定就是這句話的同意轉述，回頭看下第一句話：Why didn’t you stop when we first signaled you at the crossroads?這句話的意思正好和C選項相吻合。

16.A) Switch off the refrigerator for a while.
B) Have someone repair the refrigerator.
C) Ask the men to fix the refrigerator.
D) Boy a refrigerator of better quality.

瀏覽選項，我們可以得知本題是典型動作題， 所以要關注對話中出現的情態動詞，第一句話中should正式出現，其答案就在其后，正確選項為B選項。

17. A) He owns a piece of land in the downtown area.
B) He has got enough money to buy a house.
C) He can finally do what he has dreamed of.
D) He is moving into a bigger apartment.

本題是這八道短對話中最具迷惑性的一道，但是運用小對話解題原則，我們不難發現其中規律，運用排除法，聽到的都排除，此題答案就不難得出。

18. A) She is black and blue all over.
B) She has to go to see a doctor.
C) She stayed away form work for a few days.
D) She got hurt in an accident yesterday.

本題和17題屬于一個類型，強調的是she，所以我們要關注女士的話語，第一句話正是本題的答案。

小結：
2010年12月份的四級聽力原則上遵循了歷年聽力出題規律，值得考生注意的是2010年6月和12月虛擬語氣在小對話中出現的頻率都相當高，這類題只需要注意情態動詞答案就不難選出，另外一類就是轉折考題，轉折詞的出現，也就意味著問題的到來；除此之外，排除法在本次的短對話中起到了非常重要的作用（見17/18題）。
