一．提綱作文的寫作方法

根據給出的提綱寫作文與段首句作文有很大的相似性。事實上，根據每段的提綱，就可以得出每段的main idea，再根據main idea寫出每段段首的topic sentence，由此就可以按照寫段首句作文的方法來寫提綱作文了。

二．寫作提綱作文的注意事項

通常提綱作文都是給出三個提綱，每個提綱即是一段，正好符合四級作文“三段論”的布局。但趙文通老師在此提醒同學們需要注意的是：當給出的提綱小于三個時，比如只給出了兩個提綱，那么其中的一個提綱就要分成兩段來寫。

But sports can do some harm to those who cannot plan their activities properly. Too hard training may hurt their bodies, exhaust their vigor, and even cause them to become sick.
In general, I love sports. I enjoy sports. For sports not only help me to live a well-balanced life, but also provide me with opportunities to get closer to nature. Sports add happiness to my everyday life when I perform in a decent way.（decent這個詞用得恰到好處，在這里也正是“恰到好處”的意思。）
