Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi says the intrusion of Indian forces into the Chinese territory on Monday was in breach of bilateral agreements. He made a comment in a phone call with his Indian counterpart Subrah-manyam Jaishankar. And Wang also urged India to investigate the incident and punish those responsible.
