French FM promotes initiative to restart peace talks
法外長首推新一輪和談
France's Foreign Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault has separately met with leaders from Israel and Palestine, in a bid to persuade both sides to restart peace talks.
法國外交部長讓-馬克·艾羅分別與以色列和巴勒斯坦領導人進行會談，目的在于說服兩國重啟和平談判。
Ayrault met Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas in Ramallah, after a meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem. Palestine has welcomed Paris' proposal, but Netanyahu says his country still opposes peace talks.
在與以色列首相本雅明·內塔尼亞胡在耶路撒冷會面之后，艾羅在拉馬拉與巴勒斯坦總統馬哈茂德·阿巴斯會面。巴勒斯坦對法國提出的建議表示歡迎，但是內塔尼亞胡稱以色列仍反對和談。
Netanyahu also slammed Paris's support for a recent resolution by the UNESCO, which didn't acknowledge Jewish links to Al-Aqsa mosque in East Jerusalem.
內塔尼亞胡還抨擊了法國對聯合國教科文組織最近的一項決議的支持。這項決議不承認耶路撒冷東部的阿克薩清真寺與猶太人之間的聯系。
