Aleppo begins clean-up in fragile truce
Residents in the government controlled areas of the Syrian city of Aleppo have began restoring and cleaning up buildings during a fragile ceasefire.
Russia said a truce in Aleppo itself, which has been in place since Wednesday, has been extended until Monday. Construction workers began restoring the city's al-Dabit hospital, which was damaged after rebel fighters launched an attack on Tuesday.

A Syrian state-run news channel said three women were killed at the hospital and 17 people wounded. Aleppo has been the scene of the worst surge in fighting recently. These clashes wrecked the first major ceasefire sponsored by the US and Russia, which has held since February.
