South African President Jacob Zuma has apologized for a scandal which involved millions of dollars in state spending on his private residence. He said he would abide by a Constitutional Court ruling that he should pay back some funds.
南非總統(tǒng)雅各布·祖馬因挪用數百萬政府開支裝修私人住宅而陷入丑聞，日前他就這一丑聞致歉。表示他將遵守南非憲法法院的裁決，償還部分款項。
