分析：

在上述報道中，"luxury products"就是“奢侈品”的意思，也可以說"luxury goods"。此外"tax-free goods"是指“免稅商品”，即按照國家法律規(guī)定，可以免交增值稅的貨物。這類貨物不交增值稅，也就不能開增值稅發(fā)票。通常可在機場的免稅店、消費物品免費的國家和地區(qū)以及優(yōu)待外國觀光客在購買消費品時可免稅的國家，購買到免稅商品。
