Different team but that was your team.
變成不同的球隊，但已經成為你的球隊了。
Well I mean my team in a sense of,
我的意思是我的球隊在某種意義上來說，
There being lots of confusion of what it means to have your team,
人們有許多關于領導一支球隊的混淆，
It's not of oh I'm the man on this team, I get all the touch, that's not what that mean, What it means is that your DNA is firmly imprinted on this team.
不是就是簡單的說，我就是這個球隊的老大，我擁有所有決策權，那不是擁有一支球隊真正都意義，我的意思是你的基因對球隊打下深深的烙印。
Right? so you have a team, the way that the team performs is a direct reflection of what you bring to practice every day.
對嗎？所以當你擁有球隊，球隊的表現是你自身每天訓練帶給球隊的影響的直接反映。
sometimes we have two individuals you know whose team it is, you have team that split, You have one personality that's more gravitating into a shelf, one is gravitating to his mind, you have that, right?
有時球隊有兩個突出的人物，你知道這是誰的球隊，這樣球隊開始分幫派，有些人更支持其中一個人，一些人更支持其他人，有這種情況，對嗎？
in our team we did not have that,
當時我們的球隊沒有這種情況，
I mean we work every single day, Phil gave us no days off ever, I don't care if it was a back-to-back, we are practicing the next day, we are practicing for 3 hours, and we work like dogs, man.
我們每天訓練，菲爾從來沒有給我們一天休息，我不在乎我們是不是剛打完背靠背，我們第二天訓練或者我們訓練3個小時，我們像狗一樣苦練。
