Tandem diving here means you have an instructor who is connected to your body from the back and he is the one who is controlling the parachuting【跳傘】.

Parachuting【跳傘】is a competitor sport.
In sky diving the aim is to get it down.

In parachuting you need to make sure you drop into a certain area which is roughly like the bullseye of the dart.

You get points 【獲得分?jǐn)?shù)】for where you are landing【降落】and how good you are. I don't know too much about the sport but yeah that's how it works basically.
